Spam or mass-generated low-quality content.

4. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

You retain usage rights to the images you generate on FreeGen for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. FreeGen does not claim ownership of your generations. However, AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright registration. You agree not to use generated images to infringe on third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

FreeGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of generated images.
